Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. To ensure the best possible experience for our customers:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for a return.

Custom or sale items are non-returnable unless they are defective or an error occurred on our part.


How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and a prepaid shipping label will be provided.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color:

Damaged or Defective Items
